COOK TOGETHER WITH THE CHEF

Every Thursday from 1st of May till 31st of August in English

Fantastic opportunity to discover, create and taste contemporary Latvian Cuisine together with young and attractive Chefs of Latvia. 

MENU:
WELCOME DRINK AND TASTING OF LATVIAN LOCAL PRODUCTS

Different types of local cheese, smoked meats, pickled and fermented vegetables with rye bread croutons brought from the local market.

COOK TOGETHER WITH THE CHEF
Seared trout with beetroot cream, dill oil, crispy parsnips and rye crumble

Cream of pumpkin soup with hemp oil and roasted apple

Pork tenderloin with mash, vegetable crisps and cider pears

Carrot cake with rosemary and vanilla ice cream

DRINKS
Glass of local craft apple cider as a welcome drink
Three types of Latvian beer or craft cider with the meal
Latvian Black Balsam as a digestive
Ice water, tea or coffee
Non-alcoholic drinks

Price: 79 EUR per person (Everything included)

Event starts at 18:00 and takes about  3 – 4 hours

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Event takes place if there are at least 5 participants.

No additional equipment is needed, everything will be provided at the Studio.

Short story about Latvian cuisine, eating history, habits and products will be told during welcome snacks and drinks.

Cooking takes about 1 – 1,5 hours. After cooking the self-prepared dinner will be served to a nicely set table.

We should be informed about special dietary requirements when booking is made to ensure necessary products are available.

Menu can be modified only slightly as it is specially created to ensure participants can cook together with the Chef with tasty results. Pork can be replaced with chicken or vegetarian/vegan option. We will take into consideration all the dietary and allergic requirements.

The price for children: up to 4 years of age free of charge with at least one paying adult. From 5 – 12 years half price. 13 years + full price.
